Overall, excellent company and service.
Three locks and three deadbolts, all on the same key, needed to be re-keyed on short notice. The serviceman was punctual, calling first to let me know he was on the way. The company was very receptive to my short notice and even took a weekend call to schedule since I really needed locks changed on the following Monday. The service was fast and precise, and I was asked to check keys to make sure the old ones didn't work and the new ones did. Overall, excellent company and service.

He was very helpful and professional
Replaced and repaired locks. I called Saturday, July 5, because I'd inadvertently locked myself out of the front of my newly purchased house due to a faulty storm door lock. My initial appointment was for the following Monday, since I didn't want to pay extra for a Saturday visit. However, Joe Locke called and said he had the time to complete the job that day, but would still charge it as a weekday visit. What was to be a quick 10 min. appt turned into about a 2-hr job, as Joe accommodated my last-minute request to replace the locks for both front and back storm doors and house doors, thus saving me about $80 since I wouldn't have to make a second appt and incur another consultation fee. He also fixed a couple of deadbolt issues. He was very helpful and professional in answering my questions. I was pleased with the work done. And after all that, he still honored my Angie's List coupon!

I was very happy with the prompt service and the price
Had my locks rekeyed. We sold a car to a private party and left our house key on the keyring with the car keys. I woke up Tuesday morning after worrying about it all night and looked on Angie's List for a locksmith. This company was the first one listed and had 2 good reviews so I called them. I made the call around 9AM and we discussed what I needed and the price. He said he could be at my house in 30 to 45 minutes and about 45 minutes later, he was knocking on the door. He had a nice van with the name of his company on the side and apparently does all the rekeying in the van. He took off my locks, went out to his van for awhile and then put everything back together. I have brand new locks with keys. I thought the price was very reasonable. He charges $70 for the house call, $10 for each lock and $2.00 a key. I was very happy with the prompt service and the price.

I would certainly recommend him to anyone
I bought a duplex and asked Joe to re-key 5 doors and commonize the keys for each unit. When I first spoke to Joe, he gave me prices over the phone for service and re-key charges, etc. He estimated his arrival and then also called to confirm he was on the way. Unfortunately, it was one of the hottest days so far with no A/C. He worked for some time in the awful heat and made suggestions to move some locks to reduce the costs in commonizing the keys. He also double checked everything I requested to make sure we both understood what was needed. The cost was below my expectations for the job, having used locksmiths several times in the past decade. He was very professional and courteous and I would certainly recommend him to anyone in need of a locksmith.

I am pleasantly surprised.
I called with the intention of having all new locks placed in my home. He asked me why I wanted to do this and after I explained my reasons he told me it was not necessary to redo all my locks and told me a much simpler and cheaper option I could do on my own. I was very surprised that he was concerned enough to inquire as to why I thought I needed new locks and then was nice enough to not just "make the sale" and gave me honest good advice at the loss of a job. But I will definitely remember him and WILL go to him for any future needs or jobs as he has shown himself to be honest and reputable! I am pleasantly surprised.

He arrived promptly
Mr. Locke installed 1 dead bolt and replaced the wrong deadbolt lock in another door. He arrived promptly, asked what I needed and went to work. He saved me money by suggesting I use an existing deadbolt that only needed cleaning instead of installing another one.

I would use this service again.
I had three storage cabinets unlocked. I had three storage cabinets that had been locked when I moved to Toledo. The movers gave me the keys, but of course, I could not find them. After four months I finally decided to call a locksmith and found Locke's on Angie's list. My cabinets were opened within 45 minutes of my call. I would use this service again. the service was done quickly, efficiently and professionally.

Great professional service
We purchased a new home that was a foreclosure. There was only a push button lock on the front door, and I wanted the locks in three other exterior doors changed and all locks keyed alike. I called and set an appointment a couple of days in advance. Approximately 15 minutes before the appointed time, I received a call that the locksmith was on his way. When he arrived, I showed him the locks, and he said "no problem." Less than 30 minutes later he was done. The price was what was quoted and there were no issues at all. Great professional service. Great job from beginning to end.

He was very punctual and professional
We used Locke's Locksmith. They were out in May. We have an older front door from 1955 or so. We didn't have a key for the front door and the lock was real old and corroded. We wanted to have the lock replaced and all of our doors keyed to the same locks. He ordered the parts and called as soon as they came in. He was very punctual and professional. He was great.

The worker worked on my lock and did an excellent job. He told me I didn't need a new lock, just a little adjustment. I appreciated his honesty. I would definitely recommend this company! I called and was told a representative would be at my home in an hour, and he was right on time. I thought I needed a new lock, so I had purchased one and figured he'd install it. He looked at the lock and told me I didn't need a new lock, just an adjustment on the lock.

Joe came out immediately
Opened side door of garage and made new keys. Accidentally locked my garage door and then realized I had no keys. Joe came out immediately and got in the side door and re-keyed. He also helped fix the garage door that had gotten off the rail. I would definitely recommend Locke's Locksmiths.

The locksmith adjusted the door plate so that it would catch properly. I talked to a person on the first call for service. She arranged for the locksmith to come right away as he was available between jobs. He was professional and explained what he was doing. He also made a recommendation about better securing another door that he noticed. He said to call for a visit at no charge if the adjustment he made doesn't solve the problem.

Everything went smoothly
Re-keyed 3 doors so that 1 key unlocks all three doors. My newly purchased house had different locks on each door and the previous owners only left us 1 key and its copy that actually did anything. There were two other doors to the outside that had locks but no keys to unlock them. I called Locke's and within an hour they were at my door and started re-keying the locks. Everything went smoothly and within 45 min I had three fully functioning (and now unlockable) door locks. I was pleased with the entire process."\

Going that extra distance was awesome!
Unlocked a basement door and rekeyed the locks to match other home locks with same key. They were fantastic! Came out on a day where our street was undergoing repairs. They called MDOT to get the neccesary clearances to get to our house (they were not letting anyone but residents on the street)! Going that extra distance was awesome!

Would use Locke's again.
Replaced locks on all exterior doors and made duplicate keys. I called and booked an appointment right away, and was able to have all of the locks changed in my new house. He listened to what I wanted and offered less expensive and/or safer alternatives. Would use Locke's again.

Replaced three lock tumblers with one key. Serviceman was professional, a couple minutes late, but overall the work was done very quickly and done well. I would highly recommend them, I used their West Toledo Office Dispatch.

Were glad we called them and impressed with the responsiveness.
Unlocked a locked basement door, re-keyed the lock to my main house key, and made me 3 extra house keys. Called them on Christmas Eve around 3:30pm and they were here in 15 minutes. Very professional and quick. He could've just opened the door and left but he took the time to help us make sure it didn't happen again by rekeying the lock and making us copy keys. My wife and I were glad we called them and impressed with the responsiveness.

I was pleased with the whole transaction.
I needed a roll top desk opened that had been accidentally locked years ago. When I called, the cost and work to be done were discussed. The locksmith arrived on time and the desk was opened in no time at all. I was pleased with the whole transaction and would call them again!!

Had the locks changed in house and separate garage. We recently bought a house and wanted all new locks. I called this locksmith because I'd recently used him and knew he was reliable and would most likely come the same day I called. I called in the morning and he was there in the afternoon. I didn't realize there were so many doors with locks on this house, so he really had a lot of locks to change. At least 6 or 7. He also changed an entire door knob from a locked one to one with no lock. It was a basement workroom with the lock on the outside which was pretty odd. He's very professional and I was more than satisfied. I have nothing to compare the price to so for all I know this could be a great price, but it was still a little more than I'd hoped to spend.
