Eliana Schroder
Lead InstructorEliana has had a passion for fitness since studying sports medicine in college. Although her career led her into the business world, she continued to personally enjoy exercise in her spare time. After suffering a minor back injury, Eliana sought chiropractic care which provided her a quick remedy, however, she knew there must be a more holistic approach to manage a long-term solution for a healthy spine. That is when she turned to Pilates and fell in love with the practice. Her spine began to realign, she gained strength and was impressed with how Pilates improved her overall well being. Eliana then decided she wanted to teach and inspire others about the wondrous results of Pilates. She is now back at the core of what makes her happy and is eager to help her clients with their particular needs and goals. Whether it is to rehab an injury or cross train to achieve new goals, Pilates is a dynamic exercise combining concentration of the mind and control of the body. Eliana completed her 500 hours Comprehensive Certification at The Pilates Center of Toledo in 2016. With a love for learning, she is dedicated to continued development of her skills; reading, attending many workshops and of course, always being a student.
